How we ship
To offer the most economical shipping rates, we ship through Canada Post.
We ship within 3-5 business days after order. Expected delivery time within British Columbia is 2-7 days, across Canada it's 1-2 weeks, and in the USA it's 2-3 weeks.
Please note these are only average delivery times and sometimes shipments can take longer. If you need an expedited shipping service, please email us before placing your order.
Local pick up is available in Mt. Pleasant, Vancouver. If you select this option at checkout an email with instructions will follow after the order is placed.
Where we ship
We currently ship within Canada and the USA. For international order inquiries, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
No tracking or insurance is included. Once the package is sent, we no longer take any responsibility for any lost, stolen or delayed shipments.
However, a tracked shipping option will appear at checkout for additional fees. For orders going to the USA, any duty or custom charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost and damaged items
Please contact email@example.com immediately with any issues or concerns regarding your order.
Returns are on us. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return on an item. Returns that are requested outside of the initial 14 days will not be accepted and are considered final sale. Note that we cannot refund any express shipping charges.
All garments must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and have the original tags attached.
All marked down items are a final sale and are not eligible for an exchange, refund or credit note.
A full refund can only be processed with the original receipt and method of payment.
Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law.
