How we ship
To offer the most economical shipping rates, we ship through Canada Post.
We ship within 3 weeks. Please note these are only average delivery times and sometimes shipments can take longer. If you need an expedited shipping service, please email us before placing your order. Thanks for your patience with us as we get started, your support means the world!
Local pick up can also be arranged in Mt. Pleasant, Vancouver. If you'd like to select this option to avoid shipping fees, please place your order via email at email@example.com.

We currently ship within Canada and the USA. For international order inquiries, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Lost and damaged items
Please contact email@example.com immediately with any issues or concerns regarding your order.
Returns are on us. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return on an item. Returns that are requested outside of the initial 14 days will not be accepted and are considered final sale. Note that we cannot refund any express shipping charges.
All garments must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and have the original tags attached.
All marked down items are a final sale and are not eligible for an exchange, refund or credit note.
A full refund can only be processed with the original receipt and method of payment.
Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law.
